In order to keep our children and young people safe when travelling on the school buses we have asked for the re-introduction of Transport Care Plans (TCP’s).  The TCP should include all the information the bus driver and escort need to know about your child to keep them safe and happy during their journey.  All TCP’s are kept in a folder at the front of the bus and the bus staff should be familiar with their content.

It is unlikely that the Council will be able to complete TCP’s in time for September but don’t worry as they will use the information supplied on your online application form.

If you would like to complete your own TCP please click Transport Care Plan July 17 and either
