So come along and see the range of specialist trikes and equipment on offer to make cycling accessible for everyone, ask any questions you may have and give them a trial run to see if they are suitable. It is also a chance to find out about the inclusive cycling opportunities Trailnet offer at Thorndon Country Park.

A specially adapted Relaxed Performance of The Gruffalo’s Child will provide a comfortable and informal environment to enable everyone to just be themselves. You can feel assured that audience noise is permitted throughout the performance and individuals who may feel overwhelmed by the experience are free to leave to a ‘chill out’ area in the foyer and return when they feel ready at any point during the show.

Family Cycling Day

Wednesday 8th August, Thames Chase Forest Centre

10am – 3pm

A day of cycling for all the family. Bring your own bike or hire one on the meadow.

There are adult and children’s cycles, a tag-a-long and for little ones, a buggy attached to an adult cycle and adapted cycles for those that need more support.

Have your bike checked by ‘Dr Bike’ for free (Minor repairs only). Would you like to make your own smoothie? Then try Havering’s wacky smoothie bike!

Anyone attending the evening who is not already a 360 member will receive free registration for their family. A safe secure environment with friendly, experienced staff. Our special needs evenings are aimed at local families with children and adults with special needs.
