On 21st February the Department for Education published a new guide to EHC plan eligibility for 19-25 year olds.

The guide covers how to support 19- to 25-year-olds:

• to find a supported internship
• to access further education
• to extend or finish their EHC plan
• who need more time to study
• with their health and social care
