Welcome to the Positive Parents Havering website. We are the parent forum for parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs living in the London Borough of Havering.

All of our general and committee members care for a child with a wide and varying range of disabilities including medical, behavioural and physical. Positive Parents are completely independent and work in partnership with the London Borough of Havering, NHS and the Voluntary Sector representing the interests of all disabilities.

Our role is to act as the link between parents and service providers. We will work to provide feedback on services, identify unmet needs and shape decision making and planning for future service provision. In order for us to fully represent as many families as possible we would encourage all parents and carers who fit the criteria to become members of Positive Parents.
