3 friends of Positive Parents completed the Colour Run at Kempton Park to raise funds for our Cycling for All adapted bike scheme. On an extremely hot day in June they tumbled through 20 fun obstacles while getting doused with colour at 8 paint stations .

The scheme is one of very few activities that enables families with disabled children to go out in the fresh air, exercise and just have a great time all together.

The range of bikes includes a wheelchair bike, several trikes for those unable to ride on 2 wheels and bikes that have seats for passengers to just sit and enjoy the ride while someone else does all the work.

To see the children experience the feeling of movement, speed and the wind in their hair, something they may not have had the opportunity to do before is amazing and has made a difference to so many lives.

The bike scheme costs £3,500 per year to run for which we receive no funding. For more information click here
